Cancellation Policy

Here's what you need to know before you start GROOVING! 1. We recommend arriving 5 minutes early to allow you to settle down and minimise any disruption to other GROOVERS. We may DENY ENTRY of those who are late and no refund will be given. 2. We highly recommend wearing comfortable shoes such as trainers/sneakers as they will help to prevent injury. 3. Please bring your own sweat towel and water bottle as we don't sell bottled water, but we do have a water dispenser to keep you hydrated. 4. This is a Groove session for adult (16+). Any accompanying children will not be allowed to participate on the dancefloor and will be asked to wait outside to minimise disruption to other GROOVERS. Kindly make sure young children are not left unsupervised. (Mommies deserve an uninterrupted self-care session!) 6. You may cancel your booking within 24 hours and book another session anytime to replace this one. Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund for cancellation. 7. By booking this session, you have agreed to: i) assume all risks related to the use of any and all spaces of the studio/dancefloor, and release and hold harmless Groove Malaysia Enterprise, including its facilitator and other GROOVERS from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and in the future; ii) not hold anyone liable for any personal injury or any personal property damage, which may occur on the premises before, during or after the session; and iii) obey the Groove Malaysia and facility rules and take full responsibility for your behavior in addition to any damage you may cause to the facilities, or harm to the other GROOVERS. 8. Please note that GROOVE MALAYSIA strives to ensure a safe and respectful space for everyone. We promote core values like diversity, equity, inclusiveness and belonging.
